Roxanne Dawson is the founder and lead coach of Destined by Choice. After 20 years in the Hospitality, Real Estate and Financial Sectors, she became a certified Lifeforming Coach and CoachTrainer. Her professional career path and family background as entrepreneurs, have served her well in equipping her with the interest and comfort level necessary in business coaching. "I believe that each person has a unique purpose and mission and I am passionate to coach through growth and challenges. As I watch lives being transformed and people empowered toward their purpose and ultimately their destiny, I experience deep satisfaction." As a highly motivated and energetic professional, Roxanne specializes in development and delivery of training material and workshops for corporations, businesses and individuals. This includes Leadership Development, Communication Skills, Team Building and Specialized Workshops/ Retreats.
Roxanne is also a ministry leader with Beauty for Ashes Ministries, a non-profit organization in Jamaica that reaches women to bring spiritual wholeness and fulfill purpose for their lives. Born in Jamaica and raised in Kingston and Toronto, Roxanne has developed her own unique style based on the influences of these two dynamic cultures.
