Karen Bontrager

Karen Bontrager has served in various leadership roles in church and para-church settings for over two decades, including youth and mentoring ministries, discipleship, strategic missions, advocacy for the unreached and leadership development. As a Certified Leadership Coach with LifeForming, Karen coaches individuals on multiple continents, in navigate their leadership journey. By helping leaders engage God’s growth agenda in the midst of their present processing, Karen assists leaders in moving toward their ultimate contribution in the Kingdom. One of Karen’s favorite coaching niches is Sabbatical Coaching. With her assistance, this critical time in a leader’s life reaches new depths of internal upgrades resulting in the ability to walk in a new level of ministry in the following season. Karen also passionately engages her role as Coach Trainer, thus replicating this transformational tool of coaching into churches and organizations.

The Dallas Metroplex is home-base for Karen, her husband, and two teenagers.
