D. Lyn Elchmann

D. “Lyn” Eichmann is Director of Training for Lifeforming Leadership Coaching, and a member of the International Coach Federation. As Director of Training Lyn provides administrative oversight to all training and curriculum, both nationally and internationally, trains Lifeforming’s trainers and ensures that training programs comply with Lifeforming values, skill competency and ICF standards. Lyn is a Professional coach and coach trainer, businesswoman and entrepreneur, consultant, and non-profit ministry leader. On a personal level, Lyn has been transformed at a heart level through coaching in how she sees and believes in each person she encounters. Further, all her relationships have been positively affected through the coaching experience.

Lyn loves the outdoors, and water only makes it better. She enjoys sailing, hiking, camping, road trips with her family and international travel.
